  1. Create a small hole on one side of each puri by lightly tapping the center. Arrange them on a serving plate.
  2. Add two to three cubes of potato, Kala chana, onions, and tomato to each puri
  3. Add some sev inside of each puri
  4. Drizzle sweet yogurt inside the puri, followed with green and tamarind chutneys.
  5. Sprinkle red chili powder, ground cumin, and chaat masala
  6. Garnish with cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and any remaining sev
